A gesture within a group exhibition project by Dirk Fleischmann Class dealing with Runaway Process. Inspired by the influencer channels, the mirror appropriates every act taking place in front of it in order to turn the acts´ reflections into its actual subject, subject to what Jean-Paul Sartre, in Being and Nothingness (1943), termed ‘the look’: when a consciousness is forced to recognize that it exists not only as the centre of its own being, but also as an object in the world of others. | 2m x 0,8m rounded mirror engraved: My work is only the reflection of others.

Gesto v rámci skupinového výstavného projektu triedy Dirka Fleischmann sa zaoberajúcou sa Runaway Procesmi. Zrkadlo, inšpirované influencerskými kanálmi, si privlastňuje každý akt, ktorý sa pred ním odohráva, aby z jeho odrazov urobilo svoj aktuálny subjekt. Ten podlieha tomu, čo Jean-Paul Sartre v diele Bytie a ničota (1943) nazval „pohľadom“: keď je vedomie nútené uznať, že existuje nielen ako centrum vlastného bytia, ale aj ako objekt vo svete iných. | Zaoblené zrkadlo s rozmermi 2 x 0,8 m s gravírovaním: Moja práca je len odrazom iných.

Gesture als Teil eines Gruppenausstellungsprojekts der Klasse von Dirk Fleischmann, das sich mit Runaway-Prozessen beschäftigt. Inspiriert von Influencer-Kanälen eignet sich der Spiegel jede Handlung an, die sich vor ihm entfaltet, um sein Spiegelbild zum eigentlichen Thema zu machen. Letzteres unterliegt dem, was Jean-Paul Sartre in Das Sein und das Nichts (1943) „den Blick“ nannte: wenn das Bewusstsein gezwungen ist, anzuerkennen, dass es nicht nur als Zentrum des eigenen Seins, sondern auch als Objekt in der Welt der anderen existiert. | Abgerundeter Spiegel von 2 x 0,8 m mit Gravur: Meine Arbeit ist nur ein Spiegelbild der anderen.
